A Travelbridges Cooking Lesson

Dish:  Gangkeeawon 
(Thai Chicken Curry)
Chef:  Poo
Place: One of those little cubby hole restaurants on the 'Tourist Walkway' behind KhaoSan Road
Ingredients: Coconut Cream, Curry, Chicken, Mushrooms, Greens, and baby eggplant.


Directions:  Heat the Coconut Cream, mix in Curry, adding water and more cream as necessary. Add Chicken.  When almost cooked, at the rest of the vegetables.
Taste:  Aroi Maak Maak
Delicious much much!
